Bigdawg Ammo utilizes common carriers like UPS and FedEx to ship your orders. We ensure that your order is packed and ready for pickup as scheduled. However, please be aware that weather, holidays, or other events may cause delays in carrier pickup or delivery, so delivery times are approximate. Please note that the provided estimates are based on residential deliveries; commercial addresses do not receive deliveries on Saturdays.
The carrier will provide a tracking number for your shipment. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package will be considered delivered based on the date and time shown in the carrier’s tracking system. This information is used to determine when legal ownership of the products transfers to you. Please note that we cannot guarantee protection against theft or damage to the package after delivery.

Additional Fees
A signature service incurs an additional fee beyond the standard shipping rates. If a customer requests Direct Signature Required or Adult Signature Required, or if the order includes items that necessitate such signatures, the applicable signature fee listed below will be added to the shipping costs.

Because of the ever-changing regulations and shipping restrictions surrounding the sale of ammunition, we are unable to ship to these locations:

- New York City, Buffalo, and Rochester
- Washington, DC
- All international locations
Local laws and regulations are always changing. To be certain of your ability to legally receive ammunition purchases by mail, check your local legislation before ordering.
Orders shipped to these restricted areas will be canceled and subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Additionally, we require a copy of specific permits or licenses before shipping to New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, or Rhode Island. Bigdawg Ammo may periodically verify the validity of these permits or licenses.
Modifications or Cancellation Policy
Please place your order with care, as Bigdawg Ammo does not permit modifications or cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is typically processed and shipped within minutes. While we strive to assist our customers, our swift order fulfillment process often means that your order may be on its way before we have the chance to make any changes.

Return Policy
Bigdawg Ammo accepts returns or exchanges for many new items, provided they are unopened, in new and re-sellable condition, and returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, ammunition, custom-made products, or special orders, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All returned items will be inspected for quality assurance, and Bigdawg Ammo reserves the right to reject a return or issue a partial refund minus a restocking fee.

Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to four weeks for the refund to appear in your account. This timeframe includes 5-10 business days for the return to reach us, 3-5 business days for processing and inspection, and an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card issuer. Bigdawg Ammo reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to returned merchandise. No restocking fee will be applied if items are returned in their original, new condition and packaging. However, if items are returned without the original packaging or are found to be used and not in re-sellable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If there was an error with your order, Bigdawg Ammo will make every effort to correct it through an exchange or refund. For defective items, we will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution. In some cases, contacting the manufacturer may be necessary to address defects or replace parts not available through Bigdawg Ammo.
Processing Exchanges
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement item. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, an invoice will be sent to you before we ship the replacement. If the new item is less expensive, we will process a refund to your original payment method prior to shipping the replacement. Please note that it may take up to four weeks for the refund to appear in your account. This includes 5-10 business days for the return to reach us, 3-5 business days for processing and inspection, and an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card issuer. Bigdawg Ammo reserves the right to charge shipping fees for exchanges based on the reason for the exchange. Shipping fees will not apply if the error is on our part.
