- You are not a fugitive from justice.
- You have never been, and you do not expect to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- You have not renounced your U.S. citizenship.
- You do not intend to use any part of your purchase for illegal or criminal purposes.
- You will not export any ammunition and/or firearm accessories in an unauthorized manner.
- Furthermore, you affirm and guarantee that your purchase of any item from Bigdawg Ammo, as well as Bigdawg Ammo’s shipment of that item to you, complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, statutes, codes, and ordinances.
